Integrating Somatic Therapy, Body Liberation, and Embodiment

In my practice, healing begins with the body. I integrate somatic therapy to support clients in reconnecting with their physical sensations, nervous system, and inner wisdom-creating space for trauma release and emotional regulation. Through the lens of body liberation, I honor each person's right to exist fully in their body, free from societal judgment or pressure to conform. This work is rooted in embodiment, inviting clients to experience presence, agency, and wholeness through breath, movement, and felt awareness.

Together, these approaches foster a compassionate, inclusive space where healing is not about fixing the body-but about listening to it, trusting it, and reclaiming it.
